Black Pepper is an anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and may improve brain function.
Cayenne boosts metabolism, lowers blood pressure, aids in digestion and in pain relief.
Raw Honey is high in anti-oxidants, anti-bacterial and anti fungal, soothes sore throats and is loaded with phytonutrients.
USAGE
Add a tsp to a cup of hot water, tea, milk or milk alternative. Best combined with fat as the curcumin in turmeric is fat soluble only - you can do this by combining with milk or a small amount of coconut oil! Alternatively, take it straight or on a piece of buttered bread :)
