Relief for Sore Muscles

After being in the business of making people's bodies feel better for the past 20 years I often repeat these tips to my clients after their massage.

Move your body

In all of it's ranges of motion. Every joint. Every day. Especially your spine!

Bend forward, backward, left/right, and rotate left and right making sure you do so in a pain free range of motion.


At the very least you can start by observing the breath. When you are breathing and when you are not. It's the first step in being able to control your life force energy.

Manage Pain

With products containing magnesium and arnica like Epsomgel. This will help you make it through the tough times until you can get in for your next massage appointment with me. :)

My favourite things to use Epsomgel are:

  • Post workout soreness. Apply where needed.

  • Stress and tension build up in neck and shoulders. Apply as needed.

  • Constipation and abdominal bloating/congestion. Apply to entire abdomen at bedtime.

  • Menstrual cramps. Apply to lower abdomen as needed.
