Hormonal Freedom: Feeling Your Best Thru Perimenopause

As I always say, we can feel our best as we get older. We can all have hormonal freedom.
In this 3 session series, I will discuss the importance of estrogen metabolism for all women with hormonal changes, and explain why this is essential for women on, or considering HRT. We will discuss HRT as an option, and look at supplements and herbs with hormonal effects. I will show how we can treat common perimenopausal symptoms such as; sleep disturbances, weight management, blood sugar regulation, elevated cholesterol, gut health, body temperature changes, mood, brain fog, skin health and more.

I will show you how to cook tofu to perfection. We will make the sauce from scratch and pair the tofu with rice or quinoa (your choice) and veggies. It is a no fuss, easy dinner that is healthy and delicious. We will also chat about tofu's health benefits, and why you do not need to fear this food. Spoiler: Tofu is a great source of protein, calcium and supportive to hormones.
